MyDaily300 hosts monthly cohorts of people committed to changing behaviours around physical movement.  

It’s a daily practice of integrity in 3 steps.

1. Name your commitment

2. Show up for yourself

3. Follow through 

That's it. 

The Daily300 community is no excuse zone. Nobody else can show up for you to do the work. Group accountability is a powerful tool to change behaviour and shape new routines and mindsets.

MyDaily300 - MOVEMENT

A commitment to do 300 repetitions of physical activity per day for 30 days.

You work at your level. 

We hold you accountable.

300 represents sets of movement activities that can include various activities.

You name the movement you are committing to for 30 days.

Post daily time laps videos to our Instagram feed or private cohort channel.

MyDaily300 - WORDS

#MYDAILY300words is a commitment to creating a minimum of 300 words of content per day for 30 days.

 

You choose your genre and platform.

The goal can also be used as a tool for self-reflection and personal growth.

 

By writing about your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, you can gain a better understanding of yourself and your place in the world.

Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting out, the #MYDAILY300 challenge can help you develop a regular writing habit and hone your skills.
